Simplified apps

Our apps for mobile and web have been simplified to make it easier to use phone numbers purchased from Sonetel.

Select what services you want to see

All add-on services are now hidden by default in the apps.

• Team chat Allows you to chat within your team.
• Omni-channel customer service solution Have a chat widget at your website allowing website visitors to ask questions to your team via a shared inbox. Facebook pages can be connected as well.
• AI-tools Get Meeting summaries from any recorded meeting (video or audio). Get blog posts suggested and written for your company.

These services can still be tested for free. You can activate them under Company settings -> General settings -> Services Continued use of these services require that you have a paid plan.

Simplified navigation

Company settings (phone numbers, billing etc.) can now be found under the settings cog in the left navigation bar. Your personal user settings can be found under your avatar.
