How does the prepaid account work?

All Sonetel's services are prepaid. Each Sonetel account comes with a prepaid account that you can refill with a Credit Card, PayPal etc. All charges for calls, as well as monthly fees and set-up fees are deducted from your prepaid account. If your prepaid account becomes empty, all paid services - such as calls and call forwarding - will stop working until your account is refilled.
