The Sonetel apps allow you to purchase phone numbers, make calls and more. There are mobile apps available forAndroid and iOS. There is also a web app that you can reach from any computer. This article gives you a quick overview of the Sonetel apps.   Calls

• Call History See calls and call summaries for all calls made or received with Sonetel
• Make calls To start a new call, click on the phone icon above the list.

  People

• Contacts See and call your contacts.
• Team members See, call and invite team members to the app.

• Meeting summaries Upload a recording from a meeting and get it transcribed and summarized.

  Settings

• In the mobile apps The settings cog is available bottom right.
• In the web app In the web app you find your personal settings under the avatar in the bottom left corner of the view. The cog will be replaced with your image once you have uploaded a photo. The company settings can be accessed via the settings cog a bit higher up.

There are two types of settings:

• Personal settings This is where you define your personal call settings and your language preferences.
• Company settings This is where you can buy and configure phone numbers, set up voice response and activate call recording and call summaries. You can manage payment methods, verify your account and earn free credit.
