**Call transcription is included with thePremium and Business Plan. ** If you activate Call recording, you will also get a transcribed text of each call you make and receive. The service is currently in BETA.

Language detection The language spoken in the call is detected automatically. The transcription is provided in the same language. How can I activate call transcription? You can activate call recording here, which will also activate call transcription.

Where can I find my call transcriptions? Call transcriptions can be found on the Call recordings page, which lists all your recorded calls. You can find the page by clicking on the phone symbol in the left navigation bar and selecting Call recordings.

By clicking on a recorded call, and then selecting Transcription, it is possible to see, copy and share a transcription from any call. What does it cost?
