Record calls on any number you have
You can record inbound and outbound calls on your Sonetel numbers. You can also record calls you make from your regular mobile number when calling via the Sonetel app.

Transcription
Get all calls transcribed to text. The language is detected automatically.
Summaries
Get a written summary of each call. This includes a brief summary, a list of agreements made and a summary of each topic discussed.
Customer call analysis
The system detects if you had a support or sales call with a customer or lead. Each call gets an overall score from 1-5 based on the team member's handling. Recommendations for improvements are given as well as details about the underlying logic for the score.
Follow up email
A follow up email is provided after completing the call. Copy the text and send it to the person you spoke with.
File management
Manage, download and delete recorded calls via our web app.
For advanced users it is also possible to manage the recordings via an API.
